[89Zr]Zr-DFO-AR20.5 is an investigational **MUC1-targeted immunoPET radiotracer** consisting of the AR20.5 anti-MUC1 monoclonal antibody conjugated to the desferrioxamine chelator and radiolabeled with positron-emitting zirconium-89. It is designed for intravenous PET imaging of MUC1-expressing tumors, rather than for therapeutic radiation delivery. In mouse models of subcutaneous and orthotopic MUC1-expressing ovarian cancer, including metastatic lesions, the tracer demonstrated tumor uptake and favorable tumor-to-background contrast.
